This doesn't seem like the kind of situation where it's just going to stop. Even if someone doesn't decide to pull an Argalia and kill someone just for kicks, who's to say there won't be another accident?
...but I did talk to Argalia in jail, and he said Chiemi wasn't injured or acting strangely when he found her. Then again, the dude's a freak, so who knows if he was messing with me or not? Or maybe he just didn't notice, if... It actually turned out the way people were talking about during the trial.
